Abstract

This document sets out the basic requirements for carbon neutrality construction and operation in chemical industrial parks, the carbon neutrality system in chemical industrial parks, key tasks during carbon neutrality construction in chemical industrial parks, and key tasks during carbon neutrality operation in chemical industrial parks. This document applies to the construction and operation of carbon neutrality in newly built chemical industrial parks, and can also be referred to for already established chemical industrial parks undergoing renovation and operation.
