This platform aims to enhance China’s competitiveness in green and low-carbon trade, promote green and low-carbon trade cooperation with key markets and Belt and Road countries, and continuously strengthen China’s influence in international trade.

Platform introduction
In October 2023, under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce, CarbonNewture and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textile and Apparel (CCCT) jointly launched the 'International Carbon Disclosure Platform for Textile and Apparel'. Leveraging digital technology, the platform integrates carbon information in the textile industry, breaks down information silos, supports the green and low-carbon transformation of Chinese textile and apparel enterprises, strengthens collaboration among enterprises, and addresses climate change risks.

In March 2023, under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce, CarbonNewture and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electronic Products jointly launched the 'China Carbon Disclosure Platform for Machinery and Electronics'. This initiative aims to promote dual carbon information compliance disclosure and enhance contract performance among mechanical and electrical enterprises, facilitating the acceleration of low-carbon transformation and green development. Since its launch, the platform has received positive feedback and provided numerous mechanical and electrical enterprises with sustainable development services, including dual-carbon information sharing, carbon emission reduction plans, carbon finance, and so on.
