Abstract

This document specifies the principles, processes, boundaries, identification of emission sources, data and emission factor selection, calculation, and reporting guidelines for calculating the carbon emissions of scrapped motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises. This standard applies to the recycling, dismantling, reuse, new energy power battery recycling, cascade utilization, and other industry chains of scrapped motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises. It also applies to the total calculation of carbon emissions for newly built, renovated, and expanded scrapped motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises.
