Abstract
This document standardizes the carbon emission assessment objects, principles, indicators, implementation, and application of results in the process of electricity transmission in the new type of distribution network.
This document is applicable to self-assessment of carbon emissions from distribution networks by power supply enterprises, third-party evaluations, as well as carbon emission management improvements for power supply enterprises' distribution networks.
