Abstract
This document specifies the principles and basic requirements for low-carbon construction, the path towards "nearly zero carbon", technical measures, as well as carbon emission management and carbon neutrality management for logistics parks serving ports (hereinafter referred to as "port logistics parks").
This document applies to the construction, renovation, expansion, and operational management of new port logistics parks. Other service-oriented logistics parks may refer to and implement this document as appropriate.
