Abstract

This document stipulates the accounting boundary, accounting requirements, accounting steps, accounting methods, and carbon asset management for carbon emissions from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin in the chlor-alkali industry, and determines the baseline value for carbon emissions from PVC resin. This document is applicable to the accounting of carbon emissions from PVC resin in the chlor-alkali industry.
