Abstract
This document stipulates the content, procedures, project boundary determination, emissions, source identification, greenhouse gas types, projects and baseline scenarios, calculation of emission reductions, monitoring and data quality management, and preparation of emission reduction assessment reports for retired power battery cascade utilization projects. This document applies to retired power battery cascade utilization projects. The scenarios of cascade utilization are low-speed electric vehicles (excluding electric bicycles), communications, base station backup power, small energy storage systems, etc. This document does not apply to electric bicycles and large-scale energy storage projects.
