It includes requirements in various aspects such as the definition and description of product categories, determination of purpose and scope, data collection requirements, impact assessment, interpretation of product carbon footprint, and reporting of product carbon footprint.
This document is applicable to the carbon footprint assessment of liquid milk products, including sterilized milk, pasteurized milk, acidophilus milk, and formula milk.
