Abstract

This document specifies the evaluation requirements and methods for assessing low-carbon products of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars used in long-process steel enterprises for reinforced concrete, as well as the requirements for low-carbon product evaluation reports.

This document is applicable to the evaluation of low-carbon products of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars used in reinforced concrete, and can also be used by enterprises for self-assessment of carbon emissions of hot-rolled ribbed steel bar products used in reinforced concrete.
