Abstract
This document specifies the principles and basic provisions for the planning, technology, and construction evaluation of zero-carbon data centers, including planning and construction technical requirements, carbon emissions calculation during the construction phase, evaluation systems, and evaluation processes.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation work during the construction phase, technical renovation and dismantling, and demolition stages of zero-carbon data centers throughout their entire lifecycle.
