It includes principles, assessment scope and procedures, assessment content, and guidance on data quality management. This document is applicable to both individual citizens and travel platforms conducting greenhouse gas emissions quantification assessments for public transportation usage. The public transportation referred to in this document specifically pertains to bus travel. Fixed-route shuttle buses, coaches, and similar modes of transportation can refer to and implement the guidelines outlined in this document.
