Abstract
This document provides guidance on quantifying greenhouse gas emissions reductions associated with citizens' voluntary adoption of hybrid vehicle travel behavior. It includes principles, assessment scope and procedures, assessment content, and guidance on data quality management. This document is applicable to individuals or travel platforms conducting greenhouse gas emissions quantification assessments for the use of hybrid vehicles. It can assist travel platforms in calculating the carbon emissions reductions associated with adopting hybrid vehicle travel as a green and low-carbon behavior. Others engaging in voluntary adoption of hybrid vehicle travel behavior can also refer to and utilize this document.
