Abstract

This document presents guidelines for quantifying greenhouse gas emissions reductions associated with citizens' adoption of non-stop toll payment behaviors. It includes principles, assessment scope and procedures, assessment content, and guidance on data quality management. This document is applicable to the quantification assessment of greenhouse gas emissions reductions resulting from citizens driving fuel-powered vehicles through non-stop toll payment lanes. Travel platform enterprises can refer to and utilize these guidelines.
