This document is applicable to the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions reductions resulting from individuals' bicycle or electric bicycle travel, whether conducted independently or through travel platforms. It can assist travel platforms and individuals in calculating emissions reductions associated with bicycle travel behavior. Other low-carbon travel behaviors involving voluntary bicycle travel can also refer to and use this document.
