This document serves as the Carbon Footprint Product Category Rules (CFP-PCR) for natural mineral water products, providing methods and requirements for evaluating the carbon footprint of such products. It includes requirements related to product description, scope determination, data collection, allocation, impact assessment, interpretation of product carbon footprint, and communication of product carbon footprint.

This standard is applicable to the carbon footprint evaluation of various packaging formats of natural mineral water products. However, it does not apply to the carbon footprint evaluation of products such as drinking purified water, drinking natural water, and drinking natural spring water.
