This document specifies the terms and definitions, basic principles, functional units, system boundaries, decision criteria, data collection and quality requirements, data allocation and calculation, product carbon footprint assessment report, and product carbon footprint information disclosure for the carbon footprint assessment of remanufactured spark-ignition and compression-ignition engine products. This document is applicable to the carbon footprint assessment of remanufactured spark-ignition and compression-ignition engine products. Other remanufactured engine products may be referenced for execution. It is not applicable to remanufacturing enterprises without internal procurement standards for waste engines or with non-standardized procurement standards.
