Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for carbon footprint monitoring technology and monitoring indicator system at the park level.
This document is applicable to the management committees or government authorities of various types of parks, such as industrial parks, circular economy parks, industrial incubators, and high-tech parks, when conducting statistical accounting of carbon footprint data. Additionally, it is also applicable to third-party carbon footprint certification organizations and carbon financial service institutions when conducting product carbon footprint/label certification and financial services.
