This document is applicable to the carbon footprint evaluation of portable power bank products for electronic and electrical products and other similar products. Portable power banks for electronic and electrical products refer to portable chargers that charge handheld mobile devices and other consumer electronics products (such as wireless phones, laptops). The input voltage should not be greater than 250V and the output DC voltage not be greater than 60V. It adopts wired (and wireless) output power.
