This document sets out the terms and definitions, basic principles, basic requirements, greenhouse gas management system, greenhouse gas accounting, continuous reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, offsetting of greenhouse gas emissions, evaluation requirements, and carbon neutrality declaration for the carbon neutrality evaluation (hereinafter referred to as "evaluation") of photovoltaic module manufacturing companies.

This document applies to the carbon neutrality evaluation requirements of production companies with the entire process of crystalline silicon photovoltaic module production, while thin-film photovoltaic module manufacturing companies can refer to it for use. This document does not apply to companies that purchase photovoltaic modules and process them into products with other functions by adding other accessories.
