This document serves as the Product Category Rules (CFP-PCR) for the carbon footprint of household paper products, specifying the methods and requirements for the carbon footprint assessment of such products. It includes requirements in various aspects such as product description, determination of scope, data collection, impact assessment, interpretation of product carbon footprint, and reporting of product carbon footprint.

This document is applicable to the carbon footprint assessment of household paper products, including tissue paper (facial tissue, napkins, handkerchiefs), toilet paper, hand wipes, kitchen paper towels, and similar products. Recycled paper, paper-based products, and similar items can refer to its usage.
